These terms and conditions govern your use of the Urban Fireside website and your interactions with our restaurant and card room at 91 Geary Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.

Your Agreement

By accessing or using the Urban Fireside website, making a reservation, or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the website or visit our premises.
  • We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Age Requirements

The Urban Fireside website is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. The card room is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, in accordance with Ontario regulations.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required for entry to the card room. Minors are not permitted in the card room at any time.

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made through our website or by phone at +1 416-555-7316. We require a credit card to secure reservations for parties of six or more.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may incur a charge of $25 per person.
  • We reserve the right to release tables after a 15-minute grace period.

Card Room Rules

The card room is a dedicated space for offline poker. Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted in the card room.
  • Cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and potential banning.
  • The card room is a non-smoking area.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Urban Fireside or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
