The Card Room Is a Different Kind of Table

While the dining room is all about fire and flavour, our card room is a dedicated space for offline poker. No screens, no online play—just physical cards, chips, and the low murmur of a serious game. The card room has its own entrance, its own hours, and its own rules. It's not part of the restaurant menu, but it shares the same building and the same commitment to craft.

From Ontario Soil to Our Fire

We work directly with farmers and producers within a day's drive of Toronto. Our beef comes from a family ranch near Guelph, our trout from the cold waters of Georgian Bay, and our vegetables from small farms in the Holland Marsh. When the seasons shift, so does the menu—but the relationships stay constant.

Preserving is a big part of our kitchen. In summer we pickle, ferment, and smoke; in winter those jars and barrels become the backbone of our dishes. It's a way of keeping the fire's flavour alive all year round.

Dietary & Accessibility

We're happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets with advance notice. Many dishes can be modified; please ask your server for details. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and washroom on the main floor.
